Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are delivered within 5 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and during peak periods.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and when it is dispatched. For any questions about your order, contact admin@clerve.co with your order number.
Prices for Australian orders include GST. For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check your delivery address at checkout and contact admin@clerve.co as soon as possible if it needs changing. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
