Product, fit and care

What is Clervé jewellery made from?
Every piece is 316L stainless steel with a PVD finish in gold-tone or silver-tone. Some pieces feature black glass or zircon stones, noted on the product page.

Can I wear it in water?
Yes. Every piece is waterproof: shower, gym and ocean ready. Rinse in fresh water after chlorine or salt water and dry with a soft cloth.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. 316L steel and the PVD finish resist tarnish and will not discolour your skin in normal wear.

How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone and add 1.5 to 2 cm for a comfortable fit. Each product page has a Find your size guide.

How do I choose a chain length?
45 cm sits at the base of the neck, 50 cm at the collarbone, 55 to 60 cm on the upper chest and 70 cm or longer mid-chest. Lay a piece of string around your neck to check.

How do I choose a ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits and match it to the US size chart on the product page. For widths of 6 mm or more, go half a size up.

Shipping and orders

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 5 to 14 business days.

Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes can be made before the order is dispatched.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. See the Returns page for details.

Is there a warranty?
Every piece is covered by a 90-day Clervé warranty against finish and clasp faults, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
